  • Do I need to make an appointment?

    Although we except walk-ins, we highly recommend that you make an appointment in advance to ensure our technicians are available for repairs and assist you in a timely matter.

  • Can I get an estimate before the work is done?

    Yes, Handcraft Auto Body offer free estimates to help you understand the cost of repairs before any work is done.

  • How long will the repairs take?

    The repair time will depend on the extent of the vehicle damage. There are two steps:

    Insurance Provider: Once your vehicle is received, we will immediately inform your insurance provider to manage the inspection process. Getting an insurance estimate usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

    Car Repair: After receiving the insurance provider’s estimate, we will inform you and set a repair timeline. Fixing minor damages usually takes ? to ? days, whereas major collision repair might take up to ? days.

  • Will the insurance company cover my repairs?

    It depends on your insurance policy and the circumstances of damages. Call your insurance provider to determine if the policy covers the necessary repairs.

  • Can I choose the parts used for my vehicle’s repair?

    In most cases, you can choose the type of parts used for vehicle’s repair. OEM parts are the most expensive and highest quality, while aftermarket parts maybe less expensive but may not be of the same quality.

  • What parts will you use?

    We only use the highest quality parts, whether OEM or aftermarket. Any questions in regards to parts, one of our staff will assist you. There are two different kinds of parts.

    OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturer Parts: OEM parts are identical of the original part, with exact specifications, materials, and manufacturing processes, as they are created by the very same manufacturer who crafted the original component.
    Aftermarket Parts: These are not made by the manufacturer, but manufacturers offer certifications to ensure fit, function and safety.

  • Will I get a rental car during repair?

    Handcraft Auto Body will assist you providing a rental car with Enterprise as soon as your rental coverage is approved by the insurance provider.

  • What if I’m not happy with the repairs?

    Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and all of our work is backed up by Handcraft Auto Body lifetime warranty. If you have any concerns, please call us immediately and ask to speak with a supervisor.

  • How do you match the new paint to my original color?

    We use the manufacture paint codes, which are located on your vehicle. Handcraft Auto Body also utilizes the latest in computer technology so that your new paint precisely matches your vehicle’s original paint.

  • Do you detail the car when the repairs are complete?

    Detailing is part of every repair process. We will return your car with a freshly washed exterior and a vacuumed clean interior.
